Cloud Gin Cocktails
Winter Blackberry Gin & Jam Cocktail
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
- 1/2 tbsp blackberry (marionberry) jam
- Squeeze of lemon
- 5–6 Fresh rosemary leaves
- 4 oz club soda
- Sprig rosemary for garnish
Method
- In a shaker, add ice, gin, elderflower liquor, jam, lemon, and rosemary leaves. Shake vigorously to combine.
- Strain into a chilled glass and top with club soda. Add a sprig of rosemary for garnish. Enjoy!
Hazy Dream Cloud
Ingredients
- 50ml Cloud Gin
- 25ml Sambuca
- 25ml Peach Schnapps
- 25ml Blue Curacao
- Lemonade
Method
- Add all but the lemonade into a mixer with ice and shake well
- Pour into a tall glass
- Top with lemonade and serve with lemon twist

- 60ml gin
- 22.5ml Pallini Limoncello
- 37.5ml pink grapefruit juice
- Lemon twist, to garnish
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your first three ingredients.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
Limoncello Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 45ml Gin
- 15ml limoncello
- 15ml lime juice
- Dash of simple syrup, to taste
- 2 thyme sprigs
- Sparkling water, to top up
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add your gin, limoncello, lime juice, simple syrup and thyme sprigs.
- Stir to combine and cool, then strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
Blood Orange Elderflower Gin Cocktail - April/May
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 3/4 oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 2 1/2 oz ginger ale
- 1 oz blood orange juice
Method
- In a serving glass, combine gin, St. Germain, lime juice, and ginger ale.
- Top glass with ice.
- Slowly pour in blood orange juice.
- Garnish with blood orange slices and fresh lemon thyme sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately.
